Christian character training cannot be delayed until college or after high school. No right-thinking person would try to build a superstructure without first building a good foundation. If Christian colleges are to do a proper job, they must build on a Christian foundation, and only a Christian can build that foundation.

Faithful Ambassadors Bible Baptist Academy will seek to train children not only how to make a living, but more important – how to live. To feed the minds and bodies of our students but leave them spiritually illiterate will produce citizens without Christian character, without love of God or love of country. It is the firm conviction of Faithful Ambassadors Bible Baptist Academy that in order to develop solid Christian character, education must be Christian in context.

Our curriculum A’Beka is designed to help each student advance as rapidly as possible, yet places no student under undue pressure that would result in frustration. It is the intent of FABBA to help the student develop proper habits of study with a planned and varied program.

Love of God and love of country were primary concerns of our Pilgrim father in the education of their children. The administration and parents of FABBA share the same concerns.

Every effort will be made to instill pride in our abundant heritage. Respect for our Country’s flag and national leaders are stressed, and interest in government is encouraged. The Constitution, with the responsibilities and the freedoms it defines, is a document that must be familiar to the students if they are to be citizens that will make us all proud.

Since our Christian school is considered to be an extension of the Christian home, another area of concern of FABBA is self-discipline. If people cannot control themselves in actions and emotions, then invariably these are controlled for them. “Discipline yourself and other will not have to discipline” will be a much-used statement at FABBA.

The questions concerning moral issues are never sidestepped. Developing Christian values is vital if young people are to grow to become responsible citizens and parents. In each grade, therefore, the moral issues are discussed along with the subject itself. Education is only a means. What is more important is the purpose being served by that means. Dress codes, personal habits, and leisure-time activities are a part of the overall training in developing Christian character through moral training.

The basic concepts of Faithful Ambassadors Bible Baptist Academy’s education system are Christian in character. The school will endeavor to provide atmosphere that is conducive to the best Christian living and the highest gains in knowledge, skills, and wisdom, to be used in serving our Lord in the task He would choose. Further, it will be the purpose of the school to aid students to learn truth from error, to learn to choose between good and best, and to teach the skills fundamental to reading, writing, spelling, mathematics, and independent study so thoroughly that our students will be prepared with the acquisition of knowledge without hindering limitations. The purposes and objectives of FABBA are to provide opportunities for young people to become gracious and strong leaders and to follow the delegated leadership of their peers with the same graciousness and full cooperation. FABBA desires to send out into the world young people who will truly be lights in the night confident, devout, Christian leaders.

At Faithful Ambassadors Bible Baptist Academy, the Bible is the hub of the educational wheel, the center of the student’s learning experience. The Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ are not substituted for any academic subjects. They are integrated into the total educational program.
